SMS Terms

What you’re signing up for

PaymentHelp sends text messages about your quote request, statement review, merchant account application, account and consulting appointments. That includes follow-ups to your request, questions from your consultant, reminders, and status updates. We don’t send unrelated promotional texts.

You opt in by ticking the call-and-text box on one of our forms, or by texting us first. That box says:

“I agree that PaymentHelp may call and text me at the number above about my inquiry, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent isn’t a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

You don’t have to agree to texts to get a quote or to work with us. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you give us.

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies with your request, usually a few messages while we’re working on it. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. PaymentHelp doesn’t charge for texts.

Stopping and help

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, then no more unless you opt in again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call (786) 636-1361 or email info@paymenthelp.com.

Privacy

We use your number only to contact you about your request and account. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers who send our messages for us. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers and changes

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are available on most US carriers. We may change these terms by posting a new version here; if a change affects you significantly, we’ll tell you by text before it applies.
